Aspire Volleyball Club

Aspire announces it's Summer Clinic series.  Six weeks of training beginning the weekend of June 8th and running through July 21st.  All clinics are held at the Aspire air-conditioned facility.  To register, please see forms below.

Saturday Clinics are for older players entering grades 7th through 12th and Sunday Clinics are for younger/beginner players entering 3rd through 6th grades.

Saturday Clinics (For players entering 7th through 12th grades)

• Intended to combine skill specific instruction with all-around play, Saturday clinics include two hours of back-to-back instruction, first hour will be specialized to a specific position and second hour will be an "all-skills, multi-touch" clinic
• Taught by experienced Aspire Club Coaches and guest D-1 players
• Will consist of fast-paced drills and physical conditioning
• No matter what position you play, the skill specific clinics are for everyone
• Cost is $20 for one hour or $35 for both hours (Additional $10 discount for 6 or more hours)

Sunday Clinics (For younger/beginner players entering 3rd - 6th grades)

• Intended for the younger, beginner player
• Continued skill development as well as combining skills for beginner play
• Clinics are taught by our experienced Aspire Club coaches and intended to provide the correct instruction so that young players learn the proper skills from the start
• Cost is $15 per session/hour or $80 for all six sessions/hours

This summer, Aspire will be coaching seven teams that will compete in the Tempe YMCA volleyball league.  Teams are for boys and girls that will be in 4th - 12th grades this coming fall.

Participation in the Aspire summer league is $325 per player and includes:

• Teams lead by Aspire coching staff (USAV Certified)
• Two practices per week at the Aspire air-conditioned facility
• One match of play per week on Saturday's (June - August)
• Team jersey/t-shirt

Players will be placed on teams according to skill level and age.  Player evaluation and placement will be on Saturday, May 18th at 9:00 a.m. Practices will begin week of May 27th.  (Saturday matches are usually played at the Aspire facillity or a nearby Tempe location.)  Registration is due by May 18th.
