STEP #1:  Print and complete Aspire 2012 Registration form (attached below).

STEP #2:  Print and complete Medical Release Form (attached below)

STEP #3:  Prepare a check payable to Aspire Volleyball for $20

STEP #4:  Place both forms and check in envelop and mail to:

STEP #5:  Make sure you join or renew membership to AZ Region and bring proof of membership to the tryouts (link and instructions below)

*PRE-REGISTRATION OF 12s - 13s - 14s IS CLOSED AS OF SATURDAY, OCTOBER 29.  PLEASE FOLLOW NOTE BELOW TO REGISTER AT TRYOUTS.  THANKS.

NOTE:  If you choose to register the day of tryouts, you must still complete Step #5 in advance and join or renew your membership with the AZ Region.  Bring proof of membership along with completed Aspire Tryout Registration Form and completed USA Volleyball Medical Release form along with a check for $30 to the tryouts.

Aspire Volleyball Club holds open tryouts for both girls and boys club volleyball teams.  Tryout dates are set by the Arizona Region of USA Volleyball and will be posted as soon as we know.

IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION:  The Arizona Region of USA Volleyball now requires all players to REGISTER with the Region prior to attending tryouts for any club.  Log on to the Region website at www.azregionvolleyball.org (or link below) and select "JOIN THE REGION" option on the top-left of the home page for more information on registering with the Region.
