ASPIRE 2012/2013 GIRLS TRYOUTS: STEP-BY-STEP

Please follow these instructions prior to coming to tryouts:

1) REGISTER WITH THE ARIZONA REGION PRIOR TO TRYOUTS

2) PRINT, COMPLETE AND BRING ASPIRE REGISTRATION TO TRYOUTS

3) COMPLETE USAV MEDICAL RELEASE FORM AND BRING TO TRYOUTS

4) SIGN ARIZONA REGION CONCUSSION ACKNOWLEGEMENT FORM AND BRING TO TRYOUTS

5) BRING COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME PLAYING IN THE ARIZONA REGION

6) BRING $30 TRYOUT FEE

If you agree to sign a contract with Aspire, you will be asked to pay the commitment fee at the time of signing.

Girls and Boys Club Tryout Information

Aspire Volleyball Club holds open tryouts for both girls and boys club volleyball teams. Tryout dates are set by the Arizona Region of USA Volleyball and will be posted as soon as we know.

IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION: The Arizona Region of USA Volleyball now requires all players to REGISTER with the Region prior to attending tryouts for any club. Log on to the Region website at www.azregionvolleyball.org (or link below) and select "JOIN THE REGION" option on the top-left of the home page for more information on registering with the Region.
