Aspire Volleyball Club

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO TRYOUTS:

ASPIRE REGISTRATION:  Print out Aspire Tryout Registration Form and submit it prior to tryouts or bring it to tryouts.

REGION REGISTRATION:  If you played club volleyball in the previous year, you do NOT have to renew registration with the Arizona Region until September 1st, 2012.  If you did not play club last year, you will need to register with the Arizona Region [http://www.azregionvolleyball.org/info/join.html] and bring proof of registration to tryouts.  Please note that the Arizona Region membership fees are not included in Aspire's club or tryout fees.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE:  If you have played club volleyball in the Arizona Region before, you will NOT have to provide a copy of your birth certificate.  If you have not played club volleyball in the region, you will need to bring a copy of your birth certificate to the tryouts.

OTHER FORMS:  You will also need to bring to tryouts a copy of Aspire's Liability Waiver, an Arizona Region Medical Release form and a Concussion form.

Fees for Aspire 2012 Boys Club Season:

• $20 Tryout Fee
• $850 Season Fee ($350 due at tryouts, $250 due September 15th, $250 due October 15th)
• $50 annual membership fee to the Arizona Region must be paid directly to the region.  This is an additional fee.

Tuition will cover:

• gym fees
• coaching salaries
• region tournament fees
• individual USAV membership fees
• uniforms
• equipment
• administrative fees

Travel and travel-related expenses to and from tournaments not included.

Boys 2012 Tryouts are Saturday, August 18th at 8:00am at Aspire.

Jordan Bader - Hamilton JV - 18s/16s
