Monthly tuition payments are due on the following dates:
December 1st, 2012
January 1st, 2013
February 1st, 2013
March 1st, 2013
April 1st, 2012
If you are paying by check, please write daughter's last name and team on your check and deposit the check in the gray deposit box above the drinking fountains. If you are paying by credit card, please fill out a credit card authorization form (below) and include your daughter's last name and team on the form and deposit the form in the gray deposit box.
A $25 late payment fee will be assessed if payment is received more than 15 calendar days after the due date.
